AMG 888 is a fully-human monoclonal antibody that inhibits human epidermal growth factor receptor 3 (HER3) oncogenic signaling, and is being investigated as a potential cancer therapeutic. Amgen is developing this product in collaboration with U3 Pharma AG/Daiichi Sankyo.
