Sclerostin Ab (AMG 785)
Sclerostin Ab (AMG 785) is an antibody that targets sclerostin, a protein secreted by bone cells that inhibits bone formation. Sclerostin Ab is being developed in collaboration with UCB for various conditions associated with bone loss.
